SUBTLY SMOKED AROMAS

The main blend of this whiskey comes from Scotland, and although displaying 3 years on the certificate it flirts actually with an average of 5 or 6 years of age. It is then refined in a cellar in the heart of Occitanie in Southern France, for a period of 12 to 16 months in barrels that previously contained the most prestigious Gascon spirits.

Thereafter, 2 Scotch whiskeys with smoked notes are added, in a proportion of 20%, according to a distribution allowing to reach the desired aromatic balance.

Once the blend is finished, the whiskey rests for several weeks in a third or fourth fill, until the combination of these different whiskeys gives birth to a harmonious whole.

On the nose, mineral, first medicinal notes, barley grain and smoke.
Then we discover floral notes, dried fruits and wood. On the palate, firstly floral-fruity, with smoky notes towards toast and malt. Then vanilla, citrus, leather and subtle herbaceous notes. The finish is rich, tasty with a touch of Mocca.
