Scottish Highland Harvest whiskey with its sweet and distinguished character, combines a beautiful Scottish tradition.

Highland Harvest is a whiskey with USDA organic certification. The ingredients used to make Highland Harvest are free of pesticide residues, sewage sludge fertilizers and nitrate residues. Their barley comes from traditional farms. This is what sets Highland Harvest apart from the finest certified organic barley and allows us to offer whiskeys made under the same conditions with the natural and sustainable ingredients used in the whiskeys of yesteryear.

Once distilled, Highland Harvest matures in "first-use" oak barrels, meaning barrels which have never been used before, for a Scottish maturation.

After the production of Highland Harvest, these barrels will continue to hold whiskeys of lower quality. They are housed in sheltered warehouses under trees where it is cold and dark, providing ideal conditions for the creation of high-end Scottish whiskey.
TASTING NOTES:

intense fruit notes.

Nose: fresh with hints of grapes, apples and pears.

Final: without defect, between barley and fruits leaving a freshness on the palate.

Serve pure with On The Rocks stone icecubes. This whiskey should be stored in a cool, dry place.
