4 distillates of different ages but of identical origin: an autumn barley grown in 2010 on one of the plots of the Domaine, the Andrieu climate, then transformed and barreled by the Domaine des Hautes Glaces in 2011.

Each organic whiskey has its secret.
First stored two months for aging in new French oak barrels (fine grains), the distillate is first bottled at 46% Vol. It's L10 # 02.
9 months pass again, it's up to L10 # 03.
Last bottling of the series, L10 # 04 is withdrawn at the moment when the distillate reaches 36 months of barrel aging, and we can then call it Organic Whiskey.
